Such a great place to stay. Great store and cafe as well. Pretty much everything you'd want or need whether your on the road or camping.

this was a nice wooded area but wifi was no good unless you were closer to the offices. The place they put us was a little unleveled. The bath/RR was ok, but then again it was freezing while we were there.

Stayed overnight on cross country trip, spaces are a bit sloped so had to unhook to drop front end of trailer to get it level even though it was a pull thru site. Park was muddy and rutted during my stay, but I'm sure it not always that way, they had major thunderstorms day before I was there. Staff was friendly, I did not use restrooms or laundry. I stopped here after traveling across a hot and humid August of I-40 knowing it would be last cool weather I'd see before heading for the desert. It was nice cool evening and good night's sleep. You can hear the train; but it Flagstaff and you can hear the transaction from anywhere in town; which I don't mind. I'd give it 4 stars but I've stayed in much nicer parks for this price.

The staff is incredible helpful and friendly. They show great hospitality. Most cases guide you to your spot. The nearby train bothers some at night, but not us. Location on Rte 66 is right next to downtown. Quite park. Will return when in the area.

The owners of this campsite are absolutely out of this world. We stayed here for 2 weeks while I did my annual training with the Army nearby and they were as friendly as could be. When my fiancé had a medical emergency and had to be taken to the hospital they even called me to let me know. We went past the check out time because of this and I couldn't get away from training and they were as flexible as could be. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so. Highly recommended!
