Kitty Hawk Dental is one of the most unprofessional dental offices that I have been to. I have had nothing but trouble since I have been going here. The front desk will try to over charge on treatments. Luckily, I always had my quoted amount with me. Otherwise, my bill would have been much higher. They will request you arrive early, however you will wait at least 45 minutes or more before going in. There hasn't been a time that I haven't left the office under 2 hours. They do not put the patient first, they do not value the patients time. This place is out to nickel and dime you. I have asked numerous times to speak with Dr. Adams and have not received a return phone call since I have been going there. I get the run-around that the dentist is too busy. Save yourself the unnecessary trouble of incorrect billing, uninformed changes with treatment , staff that doesnt appear to listen or understand the patient, phone calls that are not returned, errors with procedures, and wasted time/money. Find another dental office that doesn't over charge, does good work, and respects the patient.

This place is so awesome!! Very clean and welcoming place !! My first time here and everyone was so professional . I definitely love that they have everything electronic and they have a tv inside of the procedure room . Definitely will refer friends and family .

The billing practices are horrible and they sure are quick to send your account to collections for their mess ups. But... everyone is really nice. My money is too important for them to be so cavalier with.

WISH THEY WOULD BRING BACK THE OLD OFFICE CREW, THE ONES THERE NOW HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I LOVE THE LADY THAT CLEANS YOUR TEETH, AND ONE HELPER (WISH I KNEW HER NAME) BUT THE REST CAN GO! BRING BACK THE OLD CREW!

I was very pleased with the service that was provided to my children today at their exams and cleanings at Kitty Hawk Smiles. The office is modern and very clean. Dr. Adams was very professional as well as the RDHs that did the cleanings.
