Going into the office great customer service. But outside the office not so much when dealing with their call center. However I had not been to the dentist for a while I expected some news but not bad news. So they told me I had to have a gum treatment that would be ongoing for the rest of my life (wow). And I walked in with insurance and still had a bill of $1500. Which was mind blowing. I also had my husband go in and they said he had 13 cavities which put us for him at $1200. And they wanted us to pay upfront and refused to set a appointment for us until we paid. And what took the cake for me was they didn't want to give us a appointment until a month away before any work would be done. So I went to another dentist for a second opinion and I thank God first of all but didn't need any gum treatment. And my husband only had 3 cavities. I'm glad that I found my new dentist and so grateful I didn't buy into this scam and please beware. If you like them great but I would look for a second opinion before doing any treatments with them.

I have been going to Lee Dental Center in Universal City so long I have forgotten the number of years.  I have never had a bad experience there.  Dr Yun and Ms Sonja seems to always surrounds themself with an outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and  respectful staff.  Honestly speaking of all the dentist offices I have visited, Dr Yun office is the best and I would definitely recommend her to all who inquires about the quality of service.

I’ve had dental work completed for years at Lee Dental Center in Universal City. They are a friendly, professional provider of dental services and I would highly recommend getting all your dental needs there.  You can expect the best with Lee Dental Center,  locatied at Pat Booker Road in Universal City TX.  Keep up the great service.
