So I made an appointment for a loose tooth – I was waiting for it to fall out on its own for two months – finally I went to the Dentist and first they refused to remove it without doing an X-Ray first.  I didn’t need and X-ray and everyone knew it, but they wanted to run up the bill.  So I finally gave into my wife and had the X-ray.  10 minutes later the tooth was out and I paid my co-pay and I was out of there.  A few months later I get sent a bill for an emergency exam – it want an emergency and I didn’t have an exam – just the X-ray.  But because when the appointment was made it was listed as a “concern” and then later re-interpreted as an emergency I get stuck with another bill my insurance will not pay.  It’s all a scam just for money.  I’m paying the Bill but I intend to take it to small claims court.  Probably won’t win but it will cost them more to be out of the office then the bill is – a moral victory if nothing else.  There are plenty of respectable dentist out there – look for someone else other than this place!!!!

I love going to Pat Booker Dental Melanie does a super job! I always have a very good experience every time I come to this office and front desk staff is very good at what they do as well!!! I can not say thank you enough for what you staff does!

The staff is always nice, happy, friendly h remembers everyone in the family. I'd recommend anyone looking for a great dental team to go to Pat Booker Dental!

Very friendly staff and actually don’t mind going to the Dentist office!  Dr.Thomas is very soft spoken and gentle.
