Not very much selection of inventory, but a place to go if you need stuff right away. When items are on sale, prices are very competitive. It is worth it if you shop here often to get the rewards membership, because the extra coupons does add up to savings. Pay attention to the items on the shelves and the price marked, because there is quite a few times, stuff is not arranged properly and the prices are wrong. Bathrooms are quite clean. Service is hit and miss. Half the time I can't find anyone to ask questions and have to go to the cashier to ask about anything.

One star because of Wendy, who used to work at the 72nd Kmart in Tacoma and apparently works here now. Everyone else here is great. She has a terrible attitude each and every time my wife and I come to Kmart to pick up online orders. She even cancelled my wife's orders once for no reason. Next time I see this person I'm going to make sure she is not helping us. And if she comes anywhere near us I'll make sure Dennis, the store manager, gets someone else to help us.

Pretty cool store. Yes, its outdated and they have serious problems with inventory. However, there are some nice things about this store. First, the rewards program can be great if your use the surprise points wisely. Also, there is some great stuff you can find on clearance. There is good, affordable clothing as well as cheap furniture. What they need to work on is inventory, as expressed earlier. They are very often out of stock or they claim to have something they don't actually have, which can be frustrating. They also really need to work on customer service. Everyone is so busy trying to get work done, which is great, but almost none of the employees take time to ask customers what they need. Overall, I like the store:)

Great customer service but the store could use a good deep cleaning and a lot of the shelfs are pretty bare the prices arent to bad on certion items but some not so much the store deffinetly needs updated but all in all not the worst place to shop but not the greatest eaither

The staff needs to be better trained. I had to ask 3 different people where to find a product before the 3rd person knew & took me to it. The first 2 didn't even offer to ask another associate to find out the answer. They just said no sorry don't know and walked away! That's horrible customer service in my opinion. And the prices are higher than Walmart & selection isn't much to choose from. Sad I used to like shopping here but $15 for a basic pair of sweat pants, no selection & bad customer service prevents me from wanting to shop here!
