It's a department store like other department stores. The staff is helpful enough. The selection is typically large enough, yet only has just one size that fits. Sometimes the lack of clear pricing bugs me, but there are ways to figure it out. It's okay, but most big stores like this don't tend to have enough unique personality to impress me. Those that try drift into gimmick, but thankfully, this store doesn't go that far or I wouldn't be here.

Michael was very nice and helped me find my lost wallet. Forever grateful - and it says a lot about their character! So honest of them!

I love kohls and they have awesome deals most of the time, but this store doesn't carry a lot of average mens sizing such as LG and XL undergarments. They carry a ton of smalls but most real men are not smalls!!

I always find great deals here. This place is always my first stop for cloths. The staff is very wonderful. They really go beyond the call of duty for their customers.

Why can't there be a clothing store for us "average" sized individuals. This use to be my favorite store to shop at but I think I'll stop due to the bulk of their cloths do not "fit". I think I'll go else where. Customer service is excellent to hit or miss. I enjoy the no hassle return/exchange program and the online in-person exchange option. Thank you but good bye. As Kohl's prices are equaling that of the mall I think I'll return to the mall. Clothing should be of more appropriate fit. I've noticed there are two clothing sizes to pick from: supper skinny or plus sized. Even though they have "standard" sizing their still huge. I am of appropriate weight for a middle aged individual. Kohl's cloths no longer fit comfortably on me like they use to. I was never plus sized and I have too big of a frame for super skinny. I shouldn't have to go to the teen section just to find clothing that fits me properly. I'm finding other stores were clothing fits me properly. Changing rooms need to be more gender specific. I'm constantly creeped out when I see men walk into the "ladies" changing room. This is getting more frequent. For my safety I do not believe I will shop at another Kohl's. I'm done!
