TERRIBLE!! Rude and unreliable. I wasn't given a  receipt so I went back the same day after work to return it because the belt was too big. I was told that I was able to return it without my receipt because I was on the rewards program. Then the lady at customer service said no I have to wait after the 30 days. So I did, and I came back and they told me that was wrong information!! Like are you kidding me, I had THREE employees tell me something different. They need to either closed down or find new employment. If I could give no stars I would.

Staff are hard to find and not friendly or helpful. Washrooms are disgusting, would not recommend shopping here.

Not sure why there are no many negative reviews of KMART. This location is great. Friendly staff everyone is always working hard multitasking that's why the cashier lines are long. Great prices and quality. KMART you beat WALMART and TARGET anyday!

Terrible costumer service, the price signs are never correct, when you get to the register they charge you regular price, and nobody wants to go to check the signs.

I was shopping here today for baby wipes and needed to use the restroom. The bathroom was absolutely grotesque. The floors were so sticky and the whole bathroom smelled like urine. There were no seat covers for the toilets. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the whole bathroom that had 4 stalls. Only one stall has one roll which was only 1/4 full. Your checklist for the bathroom to be cleaned had only been checked once since 8:30 a.m. I noticed it has to be checked every two hours. And when I walked into your bathroom I can tell nobody has cleaned it in a few days, almost like your employee just checks it and doesn't do any cleaning. There was dried up blood on the bathroom floor, and there was also some vomit in one of the stalls. I have never experienced something so disgusting in all my life. I'm pregnant and the smell alone was enough to make me pass out! Not to mention you have one little tiny sign throughout your store to show people where the bathroom was and the sign was all the way at the back of the store. When I asked a few employees where the bathroom was one told me "there's a sign back there" another gave me the wrong directions to get to the bathroom and another explained he couldn't be bothered because he was getting carriages. Awful experience!!!
