Young girl Megna took great care of me. Talk me into a great deal. I research while in the store before i purchased.  I'm very pleased with the deal I got on my first tablet. I ask her tons of questions and she was able to answer everyone . I normally go to another Verizon store where I know everyone,now it's great to know this place plus no waiting in line. Took me second I walk in and juggled me with other customers no problem,kept a smile on her face the whole time and never once said hold on a second. Made my day

By far the best service. Got a new phone in less than half an hour. Everything transferred and I am a happy customer for life.

I visited the store as I was having a problem with my Verizon phone.  First thing they did was try to push a new phone on me.  When I insisted that I did not want a new phone, they told me that it would be $150 just to get a replacement, and then went back to trying to get me to buy a new phone because I am eligible for an "upgrade".

Left the store. Called Verizon Customer Service.  New phone, no charge.
