Went in about a month ago to shop clearance items since they are closing. Saw a holiday projector on clearance (20% off). Price was 22.99 before discount. Saw same projector at Walmart, regular price 14.97.Even at clearance prices they are outrageous. No wonder they are closing, and I heard they didn't even give the employees a heads up about the closing. No wonder the staff is angry, I would be too.

This store is going out of business. The staff that we have dealt with have been extremely rude. One was apparently so displeased with them going out of business they felt the need to use profanity directed at my mother for asking for a price check. Regardless of the discounts they are giving due to going out of business I will no longer spend my money here.

Love it. Former employee. However, corporate is closing this store. They are currently liquidating. So catch the deals while you can!

I used to work here and have to say. The people I worked with were very nice, though probably all fired by now by the new manager here or retired in fear of being fired. I would give 3 stars but now 1 because the manager here no longer cares about customer satisfaction like the other one did. Before we would have literally gotten in trouble if we didn't stand with a customer for as long as they needed for help. (Sometimes a whole hour! I hated it but loved it too because often times I stood with a nice elderly lady who would take her time and look around. One of the things I miss about this place. Oh the conversations we had haha.) Well now it's more like, screw costumer satisfaction and make money, money, money. I'm glad I left this place. I can at least appreciate the good memories here. The technology when I worked here was so out of date that I have gotten cussed out at least 1 time a month because our cash registers broke down and we had like 10 people waiting in line. Good times. You will get better customer service at Wal-Mart, if you feel Kmart is any better than them, well, they arent. They used to pride their customer service but now they just pride money. Two years ago this place would have been better than Walmart and probably the best store around minus the crappy technology we had.

EDIT: Well.... Merely a few years after I left, just 2 years in with the new manager that they hired and they are now liquidating the store and closing it down. Call it a coincidence, but i know this manager, hes disrespectful to everyone, especially his coworkers and even calls them names like a child. Anyway,  just wanted to update this that this place is now closing coincidentally after 2 years of hiring a new manager.

Theres a sinkhole in under this place thats gonna burst out one day and swallow it up. Yer best check it out before its gon.
