Tried to change us more than sticker price and employee said he had just checked 5min after we got item off of shelf and said he was right. We then took manager back to show them the correct price. He basically said we were LAIRS because he apparently hadn't checked price. Employee's at the check out were fine and helped us out. The young man who was in outdoor area where they sell the blower we bought was the employee who said he new price instead of going to check himself

Hard to find things. People who work there seem too busy to help. More people on the floor would be great. I paged someone to help at one point. They came someone else grabbed him before he got to me and I gave up.

Purchased light that Crossville Lowes was out of. I wasn't spoken to or looked at in the face by a Lowes employee except the cashier at the lumber desk said have a good day after he wadded up my receipt.
