Was just here to fax some things and the guy working in that part was absolutely no help. I told him I was unsure how to use it, and kept telling me I had to dail 1 before the number.  I even showed him the number I was suppose to dail and he said I still had to put a 1 in front of it. Did that several times and it did not will. Final I just left out that extra 1 and it worked.
I stood there for at least 5 minutes or more trying to get this faxed with no help from this employee. He made me feel like I was an idiot and I will never return to this store to do any kind of business. The only pleasant thing that happen was the cashier who was very friendly.

Only been to this store one time ever and was not pleased with the customer service. I needed to fax a few papers and asked for help. The associate pointed in the general direction of their copiers and fax machine and said there were instructions on the machine and offered no other help. My papers kept double feeding and when I asked for help another associate seemed annoyed to have to tell me that it was because my papers had a slight crease in them. If the original associate had helped me this wouldn't have been an issue. Furthermore, when going to pay the associate seemed like it was a nuisance to have to ring me up. That will be my last trip to Staples.

Will not do business with Staples again. Won't honor their prices they posted. Huge inconvenience. Won't be back ever.
