Horrible experience. No shopping carts. My adult daughter & I were there on the day after Christmas and Penny's shopping carts were all apparently being used for "inventory " - I've never heard of this before. Try wrangling a 2yo boy at a store that you expect a cart to be at & it's darn near impossible. Plus my 9yo granddaughter was trying to hold all of her items & not drop them. 
It's ridiculous not to have carts available for customers!!! If I had of wanted to buy bigger items, I wouldn't have been able to get them. As it was, we couldn't wait to get out!

Great sale items, but the availability of sizes where just not good. Also, the accessibility was difficult.

I love JC there pricing is fair and honest and the selections r  wonderful folks in Cookeville Tn, should shop their more they don't know what there missing.
