Not sure if this review matters since this store is about to go out of business. And Sears/Kmart as a whole is probably on it's way out too. Ordered 3 items off their website because they had a sale of NFL apparel. 2 of the 3 items they shipped were the wrong items. Their website and the packing slip clearly stated we can return items by mail or in the store. I opted to go to the store and return the 2 items. First, the customer service clerk said she could do the return with the rewards membership or the credit card. I didn't want the refund to go to my rewards so I gave them the credit card I used for the purchase. They couldn't find the return. She then later looks at the packing slip and sees that I used my rewards for part of the purchase. She has a smart ass attitude and says, So what's the phone number to your supposed non-existent membership? She clearly had her head up her ass and doesn't know how to communicate properly. Second, 1 of the items couldn't be found under my purchase. She says the SKUs don't match up and she can't do anything for me. I tell her, the SKUs don't match up because they sent me the wrong item. She calls the manager over. The manager (Marla) says she can't doing anything for me. She's the manager. How can she not do anything for me? At this point, I gave up. I'll just let the credit card company handle this. I did my due diligence to get the items returned properly.

Good, friendly service. Well organized. Great prices. This store is closing in November or sooner. They're already having great sales. All sales are final with no exchanges or returns.

It's pretty ghetto inside. At first I thought a liquidation company had bought the store. There's no music paying and part of the store is blocked off. But it's not horrible. I'd only visit that Kmart if you live close.

Store is closing permanently so I did not find anything I would like to purchase. Did not know this so I made trip out of my way and had to go back the opposite direction on this cold and rainy day. The employees were very friendly and courteous!!!

Prices were comparable to Target, but the staff not as competent. It was really quiet though and no one bothered us as we tried to figure out what we were going to purchase, which was nice. I wasn't as worried about how close my kids were to me since it wasn't very busy so they could go an aisle over without me losing them among people or getting in someone else's way. That was nice.
