Best barbecue in Salt lake valley.  Very generous portions of slow cooked meats from brisket (my favorite) to pulled pork, ribs, chicken and the awesome chicken wig special.

The Mac & Cheese is the bomb and don't miss out on the hush puppies, red beans and rice and garlic mash.  All incredibly good!

Lunch time is crowded so plan ahead.

I bought the 3-Meat Plate and several friends did as well. The meats tasted pretty good but it wasn’t hot or very warm at all which was a let down after spending $15.99. My fries were good. I was surprised they had packets for ketchup and not a bottle ( Cheap ). I had Sausage and my friends liked it. It was pretty spicy. Another let down is they had NO RIBS or even Riblets. 
My friends all got the Garlic Mashed Potatoes and they were pretty good they said but complained they were not even very warm. 
As we left I shared to a female and male worker that the food wasn’t very warm etc. they were pretty young and the female said oh I’m sorry the younger male guy just sorta looked at me almost annoyed. Not sure if we will be back. I was with a group of 6.

This is the best BBQ we've ever had in Utah. We had brisket, chicken, pork, and sausage. They were all top notch. The brisket in particular was awesome. I had the blackened ends which was a real treat and delicious. The baked beans were really good, as was the fried okra and pickles. The manager was hilarious and very friendly and welcoming. He really added to the visit. The wait was a little long, but it was totally worth it.

Love it love it love it. Great food. Excellent service. Tender-pull-apart-meats. Crispy edges. I personally choose to roll my window down a good half mile from this location so I can smell the glory I'm about to enjoy well in advance. Terrific BBQ - can't go wrong!

Amazing food. The chopped Brisket is very tasty and so hard to resist. The other meats are good also. Try the sausage as well. They are always busy for lunch so go early. But if you do hit the rush don't worry they do get you through fast. Love the spices they add to bring out the flavor.  Definitely worth a try, would recommend.
