I have yet to to have a bad experience with Zupas. The employees have an exciting and cheery attitudes. One word to describe the employees would be happily-helpful. They we're patient with my friend and I as we changed worked out way through The lines. And the employees wouldn't let me take my dishes to The dish area, insisting on my friend and I having a great evening and that they would take care of it.  The restaurant was clean and the food was phenomenal. Great place to go for a quick lunch by yourself, or gather with friends. Their charging stations are a plus as well.

Love Zupas!!! Fast and friendly service. Jump in and grad a Sandwich and Soup. I usually get the BBQ Pulled Pork and the Lobster Bisque! I love the combo and its usually amazing. If you come near closing time the quality goes down a lot. Come early and enjoy your meal. To go or to stay there is never a bad time for Zupas!

Absolutely love Zupa's after discovering it in Vegas! We came here and after ordering a vegetarian soup, noticed sausage in it. When we brought it to their attention, they remedied the situation (or so we thought) by replacing it. Upon sitting down again, we noticed yet more sausage. When we brought it to their attention they finally acknowledged that they had combined two different soups. Honest mistake I'm sure. Then there was no sincere apology, no refund offered, no attempt to make it right. Just the feeling of "sucks to be you".

I love Cafe Zupa.  Great salads, sandwiches and delicious soup, with a gourmet taste.
Perfect for lunch or dinner with the grand kids.   It's fast and easy.  Clean.  And a great staff.

Staff are all nice and polite. Food so far has been great. Had many of the sandwiches which were all tasty. Just had the chicken enchilada chilli soup which was very nice.
