Quite stop and great for walking into the downtown area. Our room was clean, good shower pressure and a comfortable bed. The train track does run right behind the building but I only heard one in the middle of the night.

Nice rooms.  Could add a few more things to the breakfast,  but overall,  nice place.

This Motel has just been remodeled marble window sills marble sink tops large shower new paint new everything it's beautiful the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a very quiet room and slept well on the great bed. The breakfast was a little meager but the rest made up for it. Everything was very clean and tidy
It's also very close to the Wild River brewery and restaurant which had amazing food and fabulous beer we recommend the smoked salmon raviolis and the blackberry cobbler

Knights Inn Motel was a pleasureable stay. It offers the basic amenities you'd expect from a motel along with very clean rooms and great customer service from what I assume is a family run business. The room we had was located right next to the train track (which you can't see) and too my surprise you couldn't hear any noise from the train line or other rooms. Just across the road is a Safeway which is nice for necessary supplies. This was just a stop over so we were unable to visit the rest of grants pass. For the money you pay, you get a lot for your money.

I only gave three stars because it's a no frills discount motel. But it's definitely 4 + stars on cleanliness, convenient location and friendly staff. Generous parking with easy access to all rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of plush towels, generic packaged soap and shampoo. We were hungry when checking in at 10:15 p.m. and found most everything had closed, except a great little Taproom with 39 handles and an assortment of "bar foods" (all fried) just two blocks away. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!
