The handicapped accessible room was almost accessible. The wheelchair fits into the room, but to get out you have to back the wheelchair out. The description of their services includes "For your convenience, laundry services are upstairs." Not so convenient for a wheelchair user in a building with no elevator. Breakfast was awesome. People were very nice. We didn't notice if rrhe swimming pool had a lift to transfer wheelchair user to pool.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. And a reasonable price. Wasn't the best ever, but definitely worth it. Would stay again

Pros: easy freeway access, family friendly (it was hard to find a room for 5), nice breakfast, friendly desk staff. Cons: room was not as clean as you expect (several hairs found in/on the beds, previous guest's medications on the floor partially covered by bed skirt) and the sink kept backing up and leaving sediment/hair/etc in the bottom after it would drain. Also, we were told it was too late for our kids to use the pool because of noise concerns but a group of 5 adults on one end and 3 on the other sat inside the pool enclosure smoking, laughing and talking loudly until after 11pm. Guest with a dog barking in the hall woke my kids at 11:30pm. No milk for breakfast because the staff didn't have the proper key, whatever that means. Also ran out of coffee and took quite a while to make more. For the price I'd stay again if nothing else was available but I'd definitely look elsewhere first.

The person at the front desk was extremely nice, she was polite and welcomed us warmly. We needed a room change (it smelled like perming solution for some unknown reason) so she gave us another room without hesitation. Her name was Teri. If management reads this, you should give her a raise immediately.

Worst Quality Inn hotel experience to date. 1) Air Conditioning did not work. AC rattled and rolled like a train crashing, but did not at all cooled the room. 2) Toilet did not flush very well. Had to push the lever multiple times to flush. 3) The Faucet leaked water. 4) The rug was filthy. 5) Homeless patrons were utilizing various services and facilities. I am bit ambivalent on this matter, since it appears to be a compassionate stance by the staff. 6) The breakfast room had not nearly enough capacity to accommodate less than half the patrons who wish to sit down. The food was average. 7) The bed was quoted to be queens, but they were definitely full size beds. And yes, it was the cheapest rate in the Grants Pass, and it showed why.
