Stayed here for work for a week, staff was amazing absolutely no issue with them. The amenities were rough to say the least, beds were some of the harshest I have ever slept on. Very lumpy, pillows were about wafer thin. Had an issue with bed bugs in the first room I was in and they said they would have it shut down for two weeks before renting it out to make sure that the treatment could be sure to work. The next night they have it rented out to a couple with two kids... if I hadn't seen that I would not have posted this review, but with them renting a room out that has bed bugs to a family right after they treated it (if they did) is terrible. The staff was amazing, steam room could stand to be cleaned out, it's dirty, you need shoes to be in there. I hope they turn around, apparently they just changed management, so we will see

It was 2 am in the morning and my family and I needed a place to stay, so we checked out this place. Stayed the night. Diane was very accommodating, very friendly. Hotel was cheap. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good! Definitely would come back again. Mahalo (thank you in Hawaiian) Shilo Inns!!

First room - toilet kept running. Night manger offered to have maintenance repair the toilet in the morning. After explaining that my family and I were only stating one night. She offered to give us an "upgrade". Second room- no blankets on the beds. The beds were hard as a rock. In the morning I noticed mold in the bathroom. On the plus side the breakfast was great. Family loved the waffles.

Rooms are comfortable with AC and heating. The staff is friendly. Good maid service. Card keys for the doors are convenient. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly. The WiFi was not great. I kept getting disconnected. There was no Ethernet to use as a backup. The TV channels provided were great. The TV itself needs an upgrade.

Came in late to town early this morning to visit family. Front desk csr was very nice and awesome. room is pretty nice. Beds comfortable.. No mini fridge or it would have been a 5.
