Ive never had as good of an experience with an officer as I have with John Morgan. My car broke down on Broadway today and he was driving by and noticed I was pulled over and had my emergencies on. He immediately came to my aid. We bonded over nerdy things. He called the towing company for me and even watched my car until they got there because I had to be back at work for a client. He was so incredibly helpful and I hope this gets to him. John Morgan, I am so grateful for your help and kindness today! You are the greatest officer Ive ever met!

Honestly, you do a great job and I wish you didn't have your hands tied in resolving community problems like night time noise control, loud neighbors causing all kinds of disruptions around here. If watched closer at least, I can guarantee you that a lot of underage drinking and illegal drug usage would be discovered. I've witnessed each from close neighbors. There is no way it can be missed because there's been open house parties going on lately in which can be heard for many blocks away.

This police department is not about protecting and serving, unless you admit to being apart of a gang then they will do nothing to you. A woman threatened me that she would "Bring the boys to come beat my ass and mess up my property." Which to me is saying that she knows gang member that are not afraid to come and break the law and infringe on my rights in my own neighborhood. So I called the police to respond because I feel that I should be safe in my own neighborhood where I pay taxes to the city which is supposed to use that money to fund the police department which is supposed to protect and serve. They did absolutely nothing. So they encourage gang violence and vandilism.

My family just had the best possible experience with one of your fine officers on the force since 1993. He helped my daughter and the other driver negotiate a simple exchange of insurance information. Some departments make one feel like a criminal when all they want to do is get on their way. Your officer was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Keep up the good work!
