Can I give negative stars?  My wife and I stopped by here last night to bowl with our kids ages 5, 8 and 11.  We wait in line, get to the counter and Dallas tells us all the lanes are full when we can clearly see lanes 3 and 10 are open.  Dallas is standing right in front of me and I say I can clearly see two open lanes and he just ignores me.  Frustrated but willing to wait because our kids want to bowl we step to the side waiting for a lane to open up (mind you two are open).  Then a group behind us asks to bowl and they get one of the open lanes.  We then go to another employee behind the counter, Rob, and explain to him what happened.  He throws his head back, audibly sighs and then while looking the other way asks us for our shoe size.  It was like we were bothering him to help us, he could not have made his annoyance with us more clear.  And lo and behold he puts us on lane 10 (one of the lanes Dallas told us was full).  We have spent a lot of money here over the last few years but we’re  pretty sure we won’t be back.  Before I posted this I read a bunch of reviews and most of the low star reviews state pretty much the same thing, the customer service is terrible.  The company responds to these reviews so they know there is an issue but clearly nothing has been done.  When you are in the customer service industry the last thing you would want is employees that appear to be bothered or annoyed every time they are asked for assistance.  Good god if you hate your job that much find a new one.  Clearly Knuckleheads has a customer service problem as it relates to its employees but refuses to acknowledge or fix the problem.

Clean your bathrooms shame on you.  I should of called the health department. Look like no one checked the men's room in days.  April 15 9:15pm.  Plugged and dirty stalls.  Paper towels over flowing.  You must live like pigs at home too.

Awesome place for the kids, however most staff was extremely rude, as my first impression and the second person in line the girl at the front desk seemed overworked... I could understand if you have been working all day and you don't want to explain things but this was our first time and she was very short and unwilling to help without being rude. the people working on the trampoline just looked like they hated working with kids and annoyed by everyone around them. It was right at opening, it was not overcrowded, I just didn't understand the attitude.  My son enjoyed himself, so that's why I gave this 3 stars...work on the smiles and customer service.

We were planning to eat then go to Knuckleheads, but as usual my daughters were running a little late.           So my wife got on with the phone with Knuckleheads, and since one of my granddaughters birthday in a few days we decided to see if they had a group room since there was going to be 13 of us. Well we got a room and a couple phone calls later we all met at Knuckleheads. We were taken to our room, the deal came with 2 pizzas, 2 pitchers of soda, we ordered a additional 2 pizzas and 3 pitchers of soda for 15 and 5 bucks each, our host Bobby was more than accommodating, he went out of his way, and was very helpful, getting us on our way to a great afternoon, we all had a great time, we had the all day passes with the need for speed. He said he was a newer employee, you need to pay him more, and keep people like him, he was always smiling, courteous, overall the 4 rating comes from kind of pricey, 400.00 for meal, tickets, and maybe a few hand sanitizer stations, are our only issues. Good job!!!

I have mixed feelings about this establishment. I brought my fiancé and little sister here for her birthday and thank god for the employees in the arcade area because she would’ve had the worst birthday if it wasn’t for their kindness. So we arrived and she wanted to go over to the play area and then to the rides. First, the employees that were in those areas were not helpful or nice at all. They were very rude to my sister, didn’t pay attention to anything, and ruined her day to the point where she started crying. I’m sure this stems from the lack of professionalism from management. They were treating their employees like dirt and were also very rude. We finally went over to the arcade to help cheer her up and a couple of employees over there saw her crying and came over to see what they could do. They took her around and showed her the best games and even helped her pick out the perfect “prizes” when it came time to do so. I cannot remember their names but thank you to the two ladies that work in the arcade center because you made my sisters day 100% better.
