I’m disappointed with my stay. First our room was located outside of the main building. To be able to get any all inclusive food we needed to wait around one hour in a line. The included games were five kids rides only. They definitely overbooked rooms based on their pool and park accommodations. Everything was way too crowded, we weren’t able to find any parking most of the time. My room wasn’t cleaned every day either. We ended up going to other places around the area every day. Maybe in the summer months it would be best to stay since the outside water parks are open.

I want to think we would've enjoyed it better on a warmer day. There's so many regulations that aren't usual compared to similar places. Like height restrictions for activities my children can participate in, in a plethora of other places. So for the money and restrictions, the time it took to get tubes, $20 for two lockers, and the biggest fail of all; The ridiculously long line for what was promoted as all inclusive free food. 1 serving after an hour and a half wait. Which we ended up not wasting the time to still be hungry. My husband and I thinks with access to the entire park and not being so confined inside it could've been worth the price and the 6 minute drive to and from the hotel and the actual park.

I noticed most of the four and five star reviews are in regards to the condos and timeshare lodging so be cautious when considering the reviews for a stay at hotel Rome or a village building. Where to start? Parking is pretty crowded unless you come in, say, November, and if you can get a decent rate ($60-80/night at hotel Rome) then it's worth it because that's what the motels across the street charge & they include tickets to Mt. Olympus. The indoor water park is extremely overcrowded even at half capacity, and not much fun for older kids (6+). The cleanliness of the pool area is sub-par to say the least. Food at the "cafe" is overpriced and fresh-from-frozen. Noise at night is awful, the walls are paper thin and quiet time is not enforced- you were warned!! Safety is not actively enforced in the pool areas or on the children's water structure at the indoor waterpark, both of which are severely overcrowded and unregulated to begin with. Lifeguard said "the kids don't listen anyways" which is true, but, is it not the lifeguard's duty to at least attempt to enforce order and safety in the water, if not mandate it? Especially with so many kids, yikes- I was baffled. Otherwise, staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here several times over three years and during all seasons and it never gets better. Unfortunately, your best bet is to get a discounted day pass during the summer for the outdoor water&theme park, but expect to wait in lines for several hours as this is their busiest season. We will not be returning.

Horrible experience...rundown place...falsely advertised! They advertise all inclusive resort rooms...once you get there they tell you the all inclusive is only from noon to 5pm??!! Nowhere ever does all inclusive food and drink mean a 5 hour afternoon window. On top of that the room you book online doesn't specify that you aren't in the normal resort instead you are 2 blocks in a way in a 1 star type motel. On top of that after you have to drive over to the water park in winter...the first 3 parking lots are only for building 1 and 2. So then you get to park 4 blocks away and walk in 10 degree weather. Never ever would I recommend this sham of a resort or glorified motel.

Wonderful place to visit. I like the roller coaster and it is toddler friendly park. My kid enjoyed it a lot. I got ticket in offer price for $3 so much worth the money. Food inside is but costly and parking too $25 (that is where they earn). We enjoyed the trip here
