Probably one of the worse McDonald's everm manager was very rude. In blue shirt. Kiosk didn't have receipt paper asked them to add some and she got rude with us. She got mad when customers wanted to order at the register. Also drive through takes foreverm had to go insideFood: 3/5

When I 1st got in there the young lady was on her phone so I didn't understand why she would be yelling at me. But come to realize she was talking on her Bluetooth I gave her my order to be precise which was a chicken sandwich with nothing on it playing and I guess by her being distracted from being on the phone she got my order completely wrong but I already had left before I even checked ithe staff needs to be off phones and focus on the customer 1st

Usually ppl are rude as hell however the guy in drive thru 630 this morning had exceptional customer service skills was polite n did not rush me..he made my day ..n the food was delicious  and neatly preparedFood: 5/5

Employee followed my mother out of the establishment tonight and told her she was going to quote “F*** her up” in front of my five year old son! I’ve called the location over and over asking for the name of the employee and they keep hanging up on me refusing to provide any information! I am completely appalled!! I will be escalating this!

I gave 2 stars because the location is good and the service "USE TO BE GREAT" now the service is so so and everything else is questionable. The intercom at the drive thru is always broke and you can barely hear them and they can barely hear you.  Now as far as the food I ordered the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it is suppose to have a crispy chicken fillet instead it was the size of a chicken nugget or a small flat burned chicken tender and it was missing lettuce.  I was very disappointed and if it wasnt so late I would have to drive back to them for a refund.  The next morning I tried to call them to let them know what happened but they never answer their phone.  Got a burned breakfast sandwich

Great experience from a  McDonald's  drve through was very pleasant  an every thing was correct on my order and the food was fresh and nice and hot employees are happy and very  Pleasant

Update: I have been to this location five times. My order was wrong every time. No answer at the store phone and no response from their customer service number. Don't waste your money here. Find another McDonald's not owned by this group. This morning I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and got a sausage Patty on a microwave bagel. It wasn't toasted. It was so rubbery I couldn't even eat it if I wanted to. The one in Golden ring shopping center is much better if you are in this area and want your food the way you ordered it... It a bagel that has been toasted like they are supposed to be.

I never have a good experience here. Always disrespected. Ordered 4 vanilla and 4 chocolate small milkshakes and was made to feel like I just asked for their firstborn.  I got the vanilla shakes and then was told to move my car by the door. Waited 5 minutes and someone brought out 4 strawberry shakes and I informed them that I ordered chocolate and vanilla. Always nice I got the eye roll followed by having the manager come out and hold the receipt up and tell me what I ordered. "you ordered strawberry!".  Never going back. Always ridiculous and zero respect is given. Apparently ordering basic things is a chore.

horrible customer service, employees act like they don't even want to be working there. Honestly corporate should go to that McDonalds and fire everyone!Food: 1/5

Over the years the place has gotten better it is clean and has great service now I would recommend it
