As for the drinks, they don't screw them up if you're wondering.  The staff is super friendly, and the manager is accessible  10/10 recommend going midday if you're planning to pull out your laptop and work/study. Low foot traffic and a couple of other people besides the staff.  They have 3 places to work and a decent amount of plugs: long table in the front, tables along the side, and a few tables outside.  There's also 2 wheelchair accessible tables if you need them.  Side Note: They have limited street parking so you better be good at parallel, but there's a parking lot behind Starbucks.

Staff are unprofessional and that cashier had a bad attitude with customer . I orders a latte and they literally gave me straight milk with ice. Plus it took them 20 minutes to make two drink , staff was just chatting and not worrying about drinks .Atmosphere: 5/5

I have stopped by this Starbucks many times since it opened, and I have always had a good experience. It’s a Starbucks so you likely already know what the menu looks like, but the staff seem efficient at making all of the options. There’s plenty of seating and I have never seen it so crowded that there weren’t plenty of open seats. It’s a reasonable walk from the Greektown neighborhood or when visiting Baltimore Medical Center, though it’s probably not much fun to walk over from Hopkins Bayview because of the lack of shade along Eastern Avenue. None of that is the shop’s fault of course. There is plenty of parking if you decide to go that way.  Parking: There is parking in a large lot to the east, and along the street to the west. A pay garage is opening right across Bayview Blvd.  Kid-friendliness: There’s comfortable seating and nooks where you could sit with a child.  Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible from all the entrances.

The two ladies here, their service is outstanding.Food: 3/5

I go to Starbucks almost everyday and get the same drink. Today I came to this location for the first time. I order online. When I received my drink, it was caramel dripping all down the cup and I didn’t see any crunch on top so I told the barista, Khole. Khole, a male, was very rude and spoke to me very aggressively and told me he makes this drink everyday. I told him I get it everyday and that’s not how it’s made plus it’s a mess. He continued to be argumentative instead of offering to fix my drink. Eventually, another worker did come over and Offered to make my drink over but at that point, I already had spent too much time in the store and had to leave for work. I will never come back to the Starbucks, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

I ordered a grande Pike with no room for cream. He snarly said I ordered wrong. Per him it's no room don't say cream.  I simply why don't you just listen to what I said.  He corrected me again

F... Place. Almost all my orders end up incomplete.  They never notify you when your order is ready and forget to receive what you ordered.  I give them one star for not being able to give it less.  If it tells you that your order is ready in 24 hours, maybe it will be ready in 1 year.  And the worst thing is that it is your fault, never theirs.  Hire more staff.

My go to Starbucks. I always get my order exactly how I like it. The staff is friendly, kind, and make you feel welcomed as they take care of your drink  Parking: Place is in the shopping area of street market so lots of close parking  Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to worry about. Doors are big enough to accommodate
