Very helpful staff with a great jeweler. I purchased a new engagement setting and they did a fantastic job setting the stone and soldering the bands together. Highly recommend.

I was blown away by the professionalism, knowledge and customer service of the Koerber Fine Jewelry staff, management and Ownership! When making major purchases I rarely dress up because I want to see how I will be treated at first glance. It’s easy to provide excellent customer service to person dressed to the 9’s. From the moment I entered the store I was greeted with sincere hellos, bright smiles and a knowledgeable staff. I was referred by a former employee of the Koerber’s, he spoke so highly of them that I had to see what all of the hype was about. NOW I KNOW!! Alma Mahkewa (client specialist), Rusty Dowell (sales MGR) and Felicia Koerber (owner) gave us a sales experience that will not be forgotten. Thank you all so much!! -C.R.-

I love my engagement ring; my husband did a great job of picking it out. However, in February I snagged my ring under the car seat and it bent the halo, I took it in on Feb 13 and they said they could fix it and would have it back after valentine’s day, I had no issues with my ring before then. When I picked it up on Feb 15, everything looked great, however I noticed shortly after that every time I brushed it up against anything like a sweater or a blanket it would snag and grab threads, it didn't do this before. When we took it to another jeweler, where my husband bought my wedding bands to have them soldered together, the lady appraised the rings and pointed out to my husband that the center "diamond" was in fact a CZ, he was furious. When he purchased the ring it was on sale, he paid for a diamond to be put in the ring and he had no reason to assume otherwise. My husband went in to speak with the manager and all the manager wanted to do was point out that my husband got it on sale, yet the sale prices versus what he paid for it was different, the difference was the exact amount the diamond cost. Finally, the manager went back and got a diamond from the back, one that fit the ring exactly, and offered to put it in the ring for an additional $165??!!! He paid for the diamond already, he just left, he saw no point in continuing to argue that point with the manager. One of the actual diamonds in the band of the engagement ring was lose already also and due to the trust issues that I now have with Kroeber's, I chose to pay to have the other jewelry store repair that. Lesson learned won't be back and will tell everyone this story.

They do have some pretty things that someone else makes for them, but the workmanship of the stores staff is less than satisfactory. I first took my watch there to have a battery installed. They put a battery in it (with a lifetime warranty) that lasted about 2 weeks. I took it back. This time they installed the battery, but put the back of the watch on with the gasket hanging out. Easily visible to the eye. I saw the person installing the battery looking at me talking to another sales person instead of looking at what she was doing. My wife took her ring to have the worn prongs repaired. I advised against it, because of my earlier experience with the watch. I inspected the ring before she took it to them. except for the worn prongs it looked good under 10X magnification. They replaced the entire mount. I inspected it when she got it back. It looked like an apprentice did the repair. As a supervisor of tool makers, I would not have allowed that to get out of my shop.
