I lost the diamond in my engagement ring which belonged to my fiance's great grandmother. I was worried about having work done to it because it's so old and is a family heirloom. I had taken two other rings to Washington Coin & Jewelry (through Brown Jewelers in Sullivan whose jeweler is at Washington Coin & Jewelry) and was pleased with the work. One ring I only had cleaned and re-sized, another needed cleaned and a replacement peridot that had been lost. I was pleased with the quality of the work and the reasonable price so I decided to take my engagement ring to them as well. I could not be happier with the quality of the work they did! My ring looks better than I could have imagined! They were very easy to work with even though I live 2 hours away and the prices was very reasonable. I could not be happier!

I bought a pair of earrings for my wife a couple years ago for Christmas. Was told by one of the employees the earrings were white gold with 1/4 carrot diamond chip in them. Unfortunately my wife lost one of them. A couple days ago I took the one earring I had left (along with other gold jewelry) to a pawn shop. The employee of the pawn shop did not take the earring saying it was just sterling silver and was not even a real diamond. I paid $90 for these at the jewelry store. I would think it would be against the law for them to lie to me telling me I was getting something I wasn't. I could have just went to Walmart and paid $20 for the same earrings. Beware customers and be sure what you are buying is the real deal.
