Great first impression for my son's first day and we're looking foward to working with each instructor and progressing with the other kids. The atmosphere was great. Everyone was super nice and very professional.

I started with Koguryo Martial Arts about three years ago. My goal was core strength and total fitness because I wanted to re-enter the field of Law Enforcement. With the membership I chose, I can attend classes Monday through Friday and also go to fit boxing classes. There is also an opportunity to do some Jujitsu  several days a week.
Three years in and I believe I am a much better person inside and out because of the classes taught by the owner/operator, Master Jared Circle. This has been one of the better experiences in my life and because of the schools commitment to me and my commitment to training I will be back in a uniform very soon.
The training and structure offered are very good, while not being overly harsh. Master Circle and his staff work with elite athletes and special needs athletes with the same vigor for both and the content and instruction is structured to the needs of the student. 
Lastly, the hap kido and Jujitsu are tailor made for Law Enforcement. Low impact but effective. I would recommend KMA to anyone young or old.

Skilled and patient instructors, a relatively clean and spacious training area (dojang), kickboxing, Tang Soo Do, aerials, weapons training, classes for adults and elite students, lots of classes and events for kids, and an excellent reputation in the community make Koguryo Martial Arts THE school of choice for MMA training or fitness training.

Koguryo martial arts is an exceptionally well rounded school, with a variety of programs.  As the lead trainer of a local Urban active location, I was looking for a program that not only offered a strongly founded program, but one rooted in tradition and of course a program that placed an emphasis on functional training and conditioning.  Koguryo fit each one of those needs - 100%.  Beyond that, it's a family atmosphere and each class is an absolute blast!!!!!!!
