This is a really great facility! I wanted a gym close to my apartment that had more of a selection than my small apartment community gym and this definitely fits the bill. It has all the machines that I need and all are in great condition. I like to work out super late at night, so I love that this is 24 hours. The gym is clean and secure with each member having their own key fob. It has welcoming atmosphere and the owner, Ryan, is great and super helpful with any questions you have. I've never had a problem with parking or it being overcrowded (granted I come late at night usually). Definitely would recommend!

Fit one four is a cool, clean, fun place to workout! My trainer and owner Ryan Whitmer is passionate about creating an exercise space for all levels of fitness seekers. He's very approachable as well as knowledgeable. Check it out!

The Fit One Four has a great atmosphere for anyone looking to better themselves mentally and physically.  You will find plenty of friendly faces willing to help you in whatever stage you are in on your fitness journey.  The staff is excellent to work with as well.  The owner, Ryan Whitmer, is very attentive to the facility and its members.  The Fit One Four is in a great location with plenty of parking and easy to enter and exit from.  Never overcrowded and with a growing list of local retailer discounts for members I can highly recommend this gym!  Definitely worth your time to come and check it out!

Best gym in the area! 24 hour access, great people, and affordable. They also have a monkey rig which is the icing on the cake.

This is a great place to workout!  Friendly and clean environment with the owner on hand to answer diet and exercise questions.  We found a terrific Personal Trainer, Adam Quick, he is doing a fantastic job with teaching us how to get the most out of a workout!  More than anything, I feel all the other clients and members have been supportive of us!
