Peter Elizabeth I choose to keep going to this store over the other locations. The staff is helpful, Peter in particular. He knows the layout of the store and where certain styles and brands are located on the racks, even with my vague descriptions of the brand/style pants or shirt. The Tailor, Elizabeth, at this store is as good as they come. She added Darts to my work shirts for me before, which I loved. She always gets my Hem jobs perfect on all my pants. And best of all, she is accommodating when I occasionally ask for a Hem job while I wait. So even spur of the moment Hems look great- not to mention that she is willing to do it on the spot (without screwing up her tasks for other customers) I like the store so much I wrote this review, which Ive never done. Hopefully they read it, because their customer service is appreciated You have a monopoly on my business going forward for all nice dress clothes

Spent several hundred dollars, staff treated me like a thief the whole goddamn time. I think I'll just return my purchase and shop elsewhere. First time shopping, did not enjoy the staff at all.

I needed alterations of 3 Suites. Purchased at Jos A Banks Brentwood. Clerk at Men's Wearhouse asked what I needed done. I told her I needed 3 paid of slacks altered she replied.. Oh no we can't help you if you did buy here. We only help our own. I guess I should have told her I have a closet full of Men's Wearhouse suites. I won't be going back.
