Called 8 f$!@#÷g times....8! After waiting a minimum of 10 minutes each time, the last time I talked to the manger and only asked (not in an anger tone, not agitated) how long the wait time was for an oil change... they said $19.98... I said I just needed to know the wait time... heavy sigh, then hung up on... so I was hung up on by the manger as well... this isn't the first time this happened either.... WORST WAL-MART IN THE BAY... So I just go in instead...4 hour wait time for an oil change.....4 hours, in the middle of the day.... this is the first 1 star I think I've ever rated so that's how bad this place is...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, TRUST ME... Keith, doing a great job there as store manger buddy! Sarcasm in case you can't tell...

Speaking specifically about their auto center (oil change) department. THREE hours for a routine oil change!! From the minute I got there to when I left, it was over THREE hours! Won’t be back! No hussle, no apology, no explanation. Not to mention I had my three year old with me so... not a good three hours! Don’t go here!! The price may be cheap but nothing is worth something that I’ve had done in 15 minutes else where.

Its not the best Walmart around, but its not terrible. They have isles and isles of clearance stuff all the time, which is awesome, and puzzling. Specifically, an employee in electronics had a god awful attitude towards her coworkers and customers. They hire good people, and people who really do not belong there. If the store actually worked together as a team, enjoyed their jobs and each other a little bit, the place would have a much more welcoming vibe. Store is kept clean and stocked, though.

I still remember when this Walmart was not a Supercenter but now that it is, the shopping experience here is improved. Gone are the empty shelves and dirty stores. Here, you can find some pretty good deals similar to Costco but without the bulk quantity requirements. Unfortunately, and can't blame them for this, some of their items are inside a glass case, including $40 Lego sets. Their toys selection is not bad but will never reach Toys R Us level. Their grocery section here is huge and can easily replace Safeway. Overall their prices are lower with lot more selection. Their electronic section is not as big as Best Buy but you can easily get a Vizio 65-inch 4K TV for under $600.

Definitely an overall improvement after the 'overhaul' to make this location a Supercenter! A lot more parking spaces, added variety of foods offered, the deli/hot food department is great for meals to go when u don't want to cook! More registers and they open up more when the lines get too long, and there are self checkout areas at either end of the register row. And as always great value for your money! This Supercenter is a one stop shop! All you need under one huge roof! It's so big I don't believe I've walked the entire store yet in a single visit!!!
