All things that you expect at a nice Kohl’s Store... clean, neat, and the merchandise is well organized. 

🤯 The area of need is better trained cashiers... I should be able to use my Kohl’s card (through my Apple  Wallet), but nearly every time I end up explaining my to the employees how to properly complete the transaction...Sigh 😔

The customer service and staff at a whole is horrible here. I love the store because of the brands and deals. But I don't know if it is worth it anymore. I shop a lot here and I'm a card holder. My mom even got treated horrible. There was a middle aged man working customer service and he was so horrible to her that she was near tears. I can't imagine why a store manager would employ people like this! I would expect this from a lower end retailer, not Kohls.

Kohl's was amazing. They always have a fantastic selection no matter what I'm looking for. They also have really good quality at an awesome price. I would recommend this store to everyone!

Friendly. Helpful. Good supply of items I was looking for. I could actually find employees to ask questions without having to hunt all over.

Well I returned a Bra. I needed to buy another one.  Their sale is always buy one get one for 1/2 off.  So I got 2 more.  Also I got gloves and earrings. The cashier is always nice and friendly.
