I am not a huge fan of  Kohl's.  I'm a plus size person and they just don't carry enough stuff that interest me at a price I want to pay. I will usually only make a trip there at Christmas time because of Black Friday sales. I've found that over the years they have just gone downhill in customer service and quality of the merchandise.

I just discovered Kohl's in the last couple of years. I really appreciate that they allow you to stack coupons and discounts along with gift cards. I like the quality of their clothes and I did not realize that they don't have a return time frame. I can return things from over a year ago that my son kept in the back of his closet because he decided he didn't like it or that washed out badly and I didn't know what to do with. I'm really good at keeping my receipts, but they can look up almost anything with my Kohl's card or VISA. It is really best to buy with your Kohl's card because you get Yes2You rewards points that get you gift cards later. They can find your purchases easier with your Kohl's card, so I almost always use that in case I do lose a receipt. The customer service is really great here; they try really hard to help me with whatever issue I have. Their clearance is really awesome. I always look here first before I hit sales racks. All of their discounts and coupons work on clearance like they work on their sales so I have found sweaters for $2 and jeans for $5. Can't beat this place! I think Kohl's is why JCPenney changed their marketing strategy lately.

If I could give zero stars I would.  Shopping at this location is a prime example of why I prefer to shop online.  After an inadequately trained sales clerk offered 30% off if we were to open a Kohl’s card, we were subsequently informed the purchases made were ineligible for the discount once we opened up the card.  After being sent to two other counters where we were told the 30% could be used on other purchases but not the only one I cared about, I returned all the goods purchased and am now stuck with a store card that I refuse to use.  The lack of willingness to make things right was disappointing and I’m not going to bother with Kohl’s, especially brick and mortar, again.

Wish they had cuter more flattering and modern clothes for plus size women. I know others who love Khols and I think it's great. But it's just not somewhere I've EVER found clothing for me. And I've tried many times.

Pretty great experience. Plus the person who rung up my stuff, Kyra, was amazing. She cracked jokes and made me feel like a valued customer.
