I've always loved Gordmans, but I feel like the new clothing layout is kind of inconvenient. Before, everything was segregated, so I knew exactly where to look for certain styles, but now it's all mixed together. I feel like I can only go there when I have enough time to sort through everything and that's kind of a drag. Everything else is still great, though.

Worst return policy in the world. I bought something for $35 and went to return it without the receipt. I figured that worst case scenario I would get in store credit. They told me I get lowest price on the item AND have to get in store credit. Offered me $22 for the item. It was only a week later and the tag clearly said what I paid for the item. I would way rather go to another store and have the chance return my item if needed.

Love this store!!! I have curves and I am tall, so it's always hard to find pants that fit and are long enough. But here at gordmans I can find anything from jeans to tops and even paintings. Great prices all the time. I would highly recommend this store. In my personal opinion I think it is SO much better then Burlington.
