Clean. Neat. They have friendly staff. The only improvement would be to have more staff available on the floor for help. Also the check out lines can be long and slow.  However the store hours are great for those late night shoppers.

Always a 5 star experience at Kohls, no matter which one I go to. No hassle returns...ever! With their sales/clearance prices and 30% off coupons, I saved more money than I spent. And oh yeah don't forget about the Kohl's cash.

I was under the impression and have been told by many people that Kohls has great customer service....this is entirely untrue in my experience (N. Nevada store). I bought a Biddeford heated blanket on Black Friday. It lasted me 3 weeks and is broken (it no longer heats and the control won't go higher than the second setting). All I wanted to do was exchange it for the same one, but one that is functioning properly which doesn't seem unreasonable to me. In searching the store I was unable to find the same one so I brought a different one to the customer service rep. She told me that it would be an additional $80 for the one I had brought up. That might not be a lot of money to some but due to my circumstances right now it's more than I can afford, and I already had to save to buy the first one originally. The customer service rep then looked up the same blanket at other stores in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, there are none of the same blanket at any store. At this point she asked for the store manager. The store manager proceeded to tell me that they are no longer making/selling/offering that blanket because it is "out of season" (I bought it 3 weeks ago not 3 years ago) and I would have to pay the $80 difference to get a functioning heated blanket, or I could try and find it online to buy it and bring to the store to get a refund/exchange. I asked her to find out if they offered the same blanket online. Guess what...they don't offer that blanket online, so I'm back to paying an additional $80 for something that I bought and is broken. Then she tells me she can try to see if a Denver location has the same blanket....but even if a Kohls Denver location has the blanket it would take 6-8 weeks for the Colorado Springs store to receive the blanket so I can exchange it (yes weeks for a store that is 1 hour and 30 minutes away). I was left with having to pay an extra $80 to get a functional heated blanket or take my broken one home. I took the broken one home and now I don't know what to do. #GoToTarget

I always enjoy my neighborhood Kohl's. I find what I need and it is always an excellent price. And today I even got 20% off. This is a nice store with a nice selection, spacious changing rooms and friendly cashiers.
