Do not shop here. If we could give a negative rating, we would. We live less than half a mile from Sears and will never enter the store again. Not wanting to shop Wal-Mart or Target, we thought Sears was a good choice. Badly mistaken!! We were shopping for a needy family and the selection was minimal and the prices astronomical. How can a working family pay $40 for a child's sweater and same for a simple dress? Even with the discount, the prices are still high. When checking out, I asked the cashier if the discount was applied and the cashier next to her rolled her eyes. Sears and Roebuck founded their store a 100+ years ago to serve working people with quality items at low prices. They are rolling in their graves! Karen and Jeff

Bought washer online. Got email stating it was ready for pickup. Got to store and they gave me the floor model. Said Store manager "approved it" Lucky me... I buy a new washer and they are going to give me a floor model. Could have called and asked if I was willing to do so. Nope...Let me drive 20 minutes to pick it up and then tell me. Try to confirm that washer is in stock at another store in town. Call store 10 times. No one answers. Call gets directed to Texas...... Yikes.........

Been a Sears customer for (literally) decades!! I really like the quality of the Kenmore and Craftsman lines. But the service has deteriorated so drastically over the years that shopping here is a dreaded chore! It's NOT just this location, but appears to be systemic throughout the entire chain. If CORPORATE MANAGEMENT ever reads these reviews, THAT'S why you're losing your customer base!!

I recently purchased online a Craftsman Weed Trimmer which unfortunately arrived damaged. I returned it to the Merchandise Pickup Dept. at Chapel Hills. These guys treated me with the utmost respect and made the exchange process flawless! I was extremely pleased with the entire process and I'd like to give a special shoutout to John Dumas who gave me the best customer service that I could have asked for. And although I admit that it was frustrating to receive a damaged product, these guys were great. So thanks again to the crew at Chapel Hills, and especially to John Dumas. I am one satisfied customer!!
