Nice Store. Not as much for Men to Look at. But nice Selection of Clothes for Women. The Staff is Polite, Friendly and Helpfull. The Layout of the Store is Easy to Navigate. There is a Small Electronics Section. And Prices were not real Bad. I am kind of Shocked to Say that.

Great deals to be found especially when there is a Kohl's Cash promotion.  There is always some type of a percentage off.  Store is nicely arranged.  Good selection.

There is never any staff around to help at this location. None of the toddler separates have a variety of sizes available usually only one or two. On my most recent visit an employee was rushing out of the back room with a cart of product that he couldn't see over and smashed into my cart which my 2 year old was sitting in dragging it about 3 feet before he stopped. While I was checking on my daughter he said sorry and rushed off I didn't even have time to look up before he was gone... when I finally found another employee to ask for a manager of the two I stopped one happened to be him... I attempted to explain what happened and my concern but he cut me off said sorry again and they both rushed off. Not one person asked if she was ok or showed any real concern. I'm so done with this location, terrible every time.

Limited staff to help you find what you need while shopping, making shopping a time- consuming chore. 

I do compliment their customer service. The pants I had purchased nearly 2 months ago didn't work out; they began to slide down my waist when I wore them to work, and there were no belt loops to accommodate a belt. To return them, with receipt,  I waited 5 minutes in line, and the clerk efficiently and courteously executed the refund. 

My husband had good luck and found some nice slacks in the past. 

My gripe is,  if they had had adequate staff in the first place,  to assist customers in trying on clothing, a knowledgeable associate may have pointed out that the fabric may stretch and creep down my waist, and steered me towards another style. I don't have time to sort through multiple black pant styles and figure out which size and style would likely work out for a 5'8" long waisted body.   At least they had some styles that weren't low rise. Women are built so differently, it's hard to find nicely fitting trousers. 

I've purchased lingerie here as well, and got a good deal, but was labor intensive. 

Conclusion: go to a smaller store with helpful staff and pay more, but save hassle in the long run.  Not a good store for those of us who really don't enjoy shopping.

The customer service at the store offers Macy's quality service and has time after time proved their worth by making me feel welcome and that the customer is their top priority. Highly recommend this Kohl's over all Kohl's stores in Omaha, NE.
