This is a two story Kohl's with their usual inventory. They have in store purchases but also an online pick-up counter. The good thing is that the pick-up line is separate from the item return line. The return line can be long and slow. Customer service is upstairs by the elevator.

Great department store. They have lots of styles of clothing for everyone, nice home section, good sales & coupons!

This Kohl's is well kept and generally easy to navigate. Like most Kohl's the sticker price is never what you pay, and they could use more price scanners. If you've got lots of their coupons, it's not a bad place to shop. Otherwise it's expensive.

It is irritating beyond words that plus sizes are relegated to sloppy, hard to find corner on the second floor. The selection of clothing is a joke. There is so much room for improvement here.

There customer service center is horrible. Rhe guy at register called Jay is horrible ti customer. They inflate the price of the product much above MRP/{Maximum Retail price} and shamelessly accept the fact and justify by saying that they give Kohl's cash . So it means they actually inflate the price by 40% nad then they give some Kohl's cash. The customer service is horrible . They will utterly confuse you.
