Everyone was so pleasant, the lady in men’s wear,  men’s cologne and the Lancôme department were all super nice best customer service awards to them.

So mad! I called the store this morning and the recording said they open at 10am.  I get here at 10:30 and find that they won't open their doors until 11am.  No one will help resolve this situation.  Horrible customer service and dishonest people.  They acknowledged their mistake and refused to correct it.  Manager didn't even apologize.

V bad customer service, I was there yesterday in the shoe department there was a guy named "Aamir" he was very rude n he said that he is a manager n that he can do anything n i should mention his name online, looks like they get promoted for being rude, this is how there customer service is.
