I love Kohl's we went last night for our granddaughters. On the way to check out we notice the 10.00 dollars off was for today. A service department employee was putting up clothes and I stopped her and ask if they could hold what I was going to get until today so I could use the 30 percent off and my 10.00 off. She said of course she got our name. We went back today and it was at the service desk waiting for. Of course we ask them if they could hold it we went and got more. The value we got and the great service is the reason I tell everyone one to shop at Kohl's. I love it.

A great place to find budget friendly clothes for a generation now in Gastonia. Although finding help can often be a serious problem as the roving associates seem to have hiding places. Good sales, good clothing and above all a very good location make for a satisfying shopping experience.

Not a good experience. Looking at rings, they're all shoved in with the price tags under them. Wait for help, help has to pull each one out to give me the price, she would hand me one at a time. Took 5 minutes to look at 4 rings. Pick one, pay for it, then help tells me they don't have any boxes. Store needs more, better, associates.

Finished up my Christmas shopping for $19 an change. Between sales, $75 Kohls cash, $10 yes to you rewards cash, 20% discount emailed to me & $10 gift card Kohl's sent me for my BD, I got $190 worth of items for $19 & change..Saved over $170!!!! Plenty lines open & very friendly/ helpful staff. Now that's some awesome Christmas shopping!!!!

The inventory here is not always the best. The prices are a little on the steep side and customer service is just mediocre.
