The Home Depot

I went in the store to buy lump charcoal, there was none on the shelf. I asked the associate, Gary if they had any in another part of the store. He said I'll have to get it off the top shelf. He said it would be a few minutes and I said ok. 10 minutes later I'm still waiting and see him stocking Christmas lights. I asked if he forgot me? He said he would help me after he stocked the lights. No you won't!!! I left. Horrific customer service !!! Jim Wall !!!

Went to but blinds for a window in my son's house after my dog chewed on it and Larry took care of me. Very nice man and even got 10% off. Thank you Larry.

Nice store with helpful employees...four stars that is because not always easy to find someone in the departments when needed.

They carry most items that one may need around the house but hire too many inexperienced people and too few people to effectively help the public. They are all about low wages not experienced help.
