Clean. Organized. Usually good selection... And I usually notice their selection is different from the Rivertown store which is good if your looking for variety. Good customer service.

Very unsatisfied. Ask clerk at jewelry counter about a watch band . She said just a moment I'm waiting on another customer that was nowhere to be seen. And she continued pricing rings. When,she did ask me what I needed she said sometimes they have the watch band I needed in electronics and she would check but she went back to pricing rings. I will go online and shop elsewhere from now but not at kohls

I don't like to spend a lot of time shopping and the staff made that possible. 

Their hours are great right now. Open til midnight on weekends. Not sure if it's just for the holidays or not.

Amazing service. Parking is free. Clothes are very easy to find. Everything is orginzed. Cheap prices!!
