My fiance and I  had the most wonderful experience dealing with Mr. Dylan and his associates. We came in to Kohl's this past summer to look at some suits and other attire for our wedding in December. Dylan was extremely helpful in placing us with the best suit for our wedding party. His associates also went the extra mile to ensure the quality of customer service was handled appropriately. This is by far the best customer service I  have ever received from any department store. We attempted other department stores in the midlands before walking into Kohl's on Harbison and none of the stores compared. This store will have my full business going forward and I will also be recommending this store to anyone for anything. This store provided an extremely comfortable environment for my fiance and myself. I can't say enough about the professionalism Dylan displayed during this entire process. He is a great asset to Kohl's as well as the community.

Nice for shopping in every category.  One floor, stand alone building.  Great sales always with Kohl's cash earnings to save on your next shopping trip.  Never have to go to a mall.  Clean.

I absolutely love this store.  They are always clean and well-stocked. Employees are always nice and helpful. It's always a pleasure to shop here.  I have never had an issue.

Love the clearance racks here.  Great sales and rewards program too.  You can find brand names here at a better price.  Has more than just clothes too.
