The 15% liquidation fee tax is ridiculous. I've been to many store closings that didn't do that. Not to mention a lot of stuff there is still WAY overpriced for being a closeout. The sign said everything must go, but when I tried to buy some clothing dividers they said no. They said they wouldn't sell them to me because there weren't that many left. Um...no duh!!! I bought a big sign stand from there that they said I could get on the Sep.3rd. I went there to make sure it was still there and I didn't see it anywhere. It better be there in the 3rd or I'll NOT be a happy camper.

This sears is going out of business. The prices on the things in there is very low 50% to 60% off many things. Don't know how long it will last but the deal are good now.

Purchased a refrigerator from here on the 19th of June,supposed to pick up on the 25th never showed up by the 29th I requested for a full refund. Still to this DAY ! I jave not received my money back yet! I hate the customer service and no need to call if you dont have an hr. Or so to waste. Ive been hung up on,Ive never been so disgusted with a company !

Bought a washer and dryer. First it takes over an hour to get the order correct and rung up, then when it's time for delivery they say they can't bring the dryer in because the order somehow got deleted from their system. Have to go back to the store and argue with the manager in order to get a dryer that's already been paid for. Have to get a refund, pay for the dryer again and set up a new delivery time. Still waiting on a refund for delivery fee.

The worst service. These people have no problem not resolving SIMPLE issues. They will pass you off to the next. Sears is about to make me go back to Wal-Mart.
