Maybe the worst return experience of my life. I totally get that working in a high end mall means the employees take their fair share of bull, but today I went to exchange a pair of boots I received for Christmas for a size up (they will ruin my toes if I try to walk in them) and the woman in the shoe department was crazy rude. First, it was a disaster in there, so I can get being stressed, shoes everywhere, nothing too organized, but the sales associate ignored the 5 person deep line I was in for minutes before telling us she would "be right with us" and then proceeded to walk in circles like she was lost/overwhelmed for a few more minutes. When another person finally came over to help the line started to dwindle and I tried to exchange my boots. I asked how her day was going and she actually scoffed in my face, so much for pleasantries. Macy's had the exact style in stock, and the sales associate insisted that without a receipt (it was a Christmas gift!) she could not exchange my boots. Now I need to go to another Macy's to swap them and who knows if that will be successful either. I have worked retail and I have never seen a guest interaction be so blatantly rude. I also understand store policies, but with a brand new item, tags still attached (she didn't even check) store credit is standard. I won't be spending my money at Macy's again and I hope I am not stuck with a shoe that I cannot even wear because they don't properly break or take care of their employees. Ugh, bad atmosphere, worse interactions. I would 0 star if possible.

They have got good selection of brands compared to other stores in the city. The best part is there customer service and special mention to Ellie in Mens section. She is one of the super cool sales person I ever met.

WORST shopping experience! The men’s department is an absolute wreck, and the employees are completely incompetent. I was told to go to another customer service desk because the guy at Ralph Lauren didn’t know how to make an exchange. Are you kidding?! And then at the next desk, the woman didn’t know how to reprint my receipt after the machine messed up, and also was not able to print a gift receipt. No manager was available and I left with a half-zip and NO receipts to show for it. One purchase took me 45 minutes?! No wonder online shopping is putting department stores out of business- I couldn’t find a single thing and no one knew how to work the retail machines! Shame on you Macy’s!

Messy and dirty. I am a life long Macys shopper and always love going to Macys, but I went in this store today in search of shoes and kids clothing and all I saw all around me was clothes on the floor, that hadn't been vacuumed in a month or more and unfolded stuff just piled where it didn't belong. Not to mention empty drink cups just all over, on shelves or the floor. It was barely 10:30am, so they had just opened. Won't be going back.

The Macy's at the Domain benefits heavily from its location. The interior is very hip and modern and tends to more focus on the younger demographic than, say, a regular mall version would. As said, it's location is it's main draw, sitting at the head of the Domain makes it a gateway to a relaxing and modern shopping area that is the rest of the Domain.
