I usually go to Kohl's to look at their clearance, typically dress clothes. They typically have a good assortment of items on clearance at all times, and you can occasionally walk out with a "steal" of a deal. I think typically the have higher than average prices, which require using coupons to really be competitive with other stores with price. I have never really had a problem with this store, but being asked about a credit card at every checkout may be my most critical thought (though every store does this).

Large, spacious Kohl's. The layout is good with a simple rectangular layout. The customer service was good as lines moved quickly at both the service counter and checkout despite visiting during high-traffic hours. Selection was also good with better home goods selection than smaller Kohl's locations.

Normally a 5 star however over the last year this store has changed. The store is never stocked, items are oftentimes all over the floor. Customer service is still good, the staff is apologetic over the many issues. Still love to shop online and while in the city always enjoy Kohls. So skip the small city store and enjoy a day away.

Buy online, pickup in store is pretty convenient. The nice thing is they have designated parking for online orders, but the bad thing is they only have two spaces. They also did not have enough coverage at the customer service desk, but once I got to the desk, the lady got my order pretty quickly.

What a mess this store is all the time. Clothes on the floor and scattered about. Been to 3 different Kohls , all the same. Walked out of all three buying nothing.
