I was so happy and surprised when I went shopping at 10pm. I was probably 1 of 8 people in the store during the holiday shopping period. The only zero stress shopping that I have experienced - ever!

Crowded parking lot. Crowded inside store. Very nice cashier, however, VERY SLOW, and took WAY too long to, ring up our purchase.

Always a pleasant experience here.  Well organized and clean.  The associates are a hit and miss in the sense that some will go out of their way to help, while others are "not so nice".

When I go into a store I want customer service, if I don't get it I might as well order online & not deal with any people.... BUT, this Kohls is the best! The manager is amazing & I've never had any problems with returning or switching out wrong sized clothing. The deals they have, plus the Kohls cash makes it always feel as if your constantly getting a savings or discount!
