Love this store. They do a great job keeping the store clean and tidy. Unlike surrounding stores that still have shelves looking destroyed from the holidays. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful and pleasant. I just wish the store was set up better. It's kinda confusing and maze-like trying to find certain departments.

They send you coupons for your birthday, but when you try to use them they always have exclusions for everything. Don't send me coupons and lure me to the store and then say, oh you can't use them on this and this and that. A birthday coupon should be able to be utilized on anything in the store.

Disappointed at Kohl's staff, management once the best of the best. But customer service are lacking when it comes to helping,  customer service show no interest. The store wants to be number one but they're hiring the wrong type of people. They're going after the younger generation..............

They don't understand customer service.  They have a line 40 people deep with a 15 to 20 min wait, and 3 people back in returns - not busy and won't allow you to make purchases back there. Keep your inventory!

I love Kohl because of kohl's cash!! If you have a big family Kohl's is the perfect place for you you can spend like $50 and then I gave you Kohl's cash so I take my cold cash and just go in and buy more great stuff!!
