I've never had a problem going to ANY JC Penney until now at this location. Awful customer service all around. I had an exchange I wanted to do. First they sent me from up front after waiting for awhile in line to the back of the store. Waited for a young white lady to help the customer in front of me and then another employee, a tall short haired black lady, comes back and says she can assist me. Too bad she had the worst attitude I've ever seen like helping me was the last thing she wanted to do. I had order shorts online and needed a bigger size. There was no packing slip in the bag just shorts so I had printed off the email I received. She looks at me as if I'm speaking a foreign language and just tells me to swap them and be on my way. I was going to purchase another pair of shorts God forbid and I ask her if I had to insert my card or swipe. All she responds is "is it a bank card", but the young white lady tells me to insert. The sad part is when I came back to swap for a color(which I wasn't wanting to do from how rude she was towards me) as I'm walking away I hear them laughing. Not sure if it was directed about me or some other conversation I interrupted. Having a job in customer service retail I was completely upset from how this lady acted towards me. Customer service is usually number one priority (apparently not at this location) and I felt like I wasn't asking too much of her to come off the way she did towards me.

I just don't like Jcpenney, it has a strange layout and I can never find anything I want because they break things up by brand.
