Easy parking. Store is relatively clean and well kept. Good discounts and clearance items. Full price ticket items can be higher than other stores. A general complaint about Kohl's. Not a fan of Kohl's register set up and that the cashier has to ask if I have a Kohl's card or if I'd like one. This credit card sales approach was common in retail for decades but very few stores do it now. Its annoying and slows down an already slow register set up.

They should definitely sharpen up their customer service skills. There's no acknowledgement when you enter the store or as you shop. As a loyal Card Member and Customer. I would love to see some improvements within the staff.

Khols is a nice store it has pretty much everything you are looking for when it comes to clothes... I give it 3 stars because a store that had so many workers walking around just asking people if they could help us, shouldn't have a filthy bathroom. It was gross. I let the cashier know as we checked out. Our cashier was incredibly helpfully as far as checking out and how to use my coupon with my Kohl's card, gift card, She was awesome. I've actually had her before and wanted to do the survey . Her name is Lisa. I'm pretty sure. She is a very pleasant, helpful person and is definitely the experience I like when I'm leaving a store. Makes you want to come back.

Love this place. Always a good deal and choice s. Of you have a credit card there are so many coupons and Kohls cash. SAVE. SAVE

It was so hard to find a sales associate. Did NOT find at least 1 men suit or sports jacket in size 34, 36, or 38. The checkout line was so long with slow cashiers especially when your rushing for time. But I did meet this one manager who was willing to go out her way to help me to my fullest and beyond. Her name was "V". Although I did not find exactly what I was looking for, her recommendations were great.
