Never shopping here again. I stood in one of what appeared to be several lines at three different check out stations for a good 10 minutes. When I finally was about to check out, a lady from another station came over an informed me that there was one big line, and I needed to go stand at the end of that, including after several people who weren't there at all when I first got in line. There were no signs indicating that there is one big line, and multiple people were standing in line at the other stations, which you'd think would indicate there are multiple lines. What a waste of my time; I will shop else where.

Okay store to shop at. Would and would not recommend. Quality of products is not quite what I remember it being. A bamboo cutting board should not break into a million pieces upon a genital drop on top of carpet.

Up until this most recent experience, I always considered BB&B one of my most favorite stores to shop. I would have given it a 5 star review had it not been for my recent experience. Today I was ready to scream. Staffed for the holidays, there were employees EVERYWHERE, and EVERY FEW FEET, I was being asked, "can I help you find something"; do you need help, can I help you? OMG, after 20 minutes all I wanted to do was get the hell OUT OF THERE. I realize the employees have been instructed to proceed in this matter; but, this DOES NOT MAKE A SHOPPING EXPERIENCE THE LEAST BIT ENJOYABLE. If I have a question, believe me, I know what an employee looks like, AND, I know how to find one. You don't need to continually pester me with your "offers of help" every three minutes. Also, with all your Christmas merchandise, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MANEUVER A SHOPPING CART THROUGHOUT THE AISLES WITHOUT RAMMING INTO YOUR STOCK!!! All in all, I will NOT BE RETURNING TO YOUR STORE UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS when all of your surplus labor has vanished and I can shop at ease. The "offers of help" were BEYOND ridiculous!

Not a great time at all. Really disappointed.... Update 2017.... So when me and my wife was walking in bed bath beyond the staff was looking at us and following us throughout the store like as if we were going to steal. The funny thing is we carried a lot of money on us to buy a lot of product but since they were following us we showed him the cash and then we end up walking out and they were apologizing. sorry not going to happen I'll take my money my time somewhere else. I rather shop at Ross their customer service is way better.

TIP, they take expired 20% coupons, so if your a BB and B groupie, just stock pile them. You can use it next month (or over multiple transactions, very helpful for women who do they're own Wedding decor, BAM gave you a tip).
