Okay so I walked in there during my lunch today and I have to say this store has some of the worst customer service. The registers are packed with people and I was very limited on my time so I figured I'd go to the jewelry department since a nice and probably only nice employee has let me pay there a few days ago. This time I ran into a lady that was just standing there doing absolutely NOTHING! There were no customers around other than the one she has just rung up and I asked her if I could make my purchase there but she said no. Really? I was able to make the purchase last time but now I can't are you effin kidding me. She was doing nothing is what I want to emphasize there were no customers in the jewelry department at all but she chose to send me off to a different register so she could stand there doing nothing. I left the store with nothing. Never going back. I had been shopping there for years but I'm pretty much done

Awesome experience, I lacerated my spleen about two and a half weeks ago and came in for a check up. Very fast service, very friendly, professional, clean. I was very impressed with each staff member I came into contact with. This would be my first suggestion if you are in the Venture, CA and need medical attention but want to avoid ER s.

The jcpenny here is pretty good for men's clothing but not a whole lot of sales going on. Also the place is starting to feel a bit dated.

This JCPenney is located inside the Pacific View Mall and is composed of two stories. Although the store is located inside the mall, they also happen to have their own entrance on the outside of the mall in case you do not want to have to go inside the mall. Aside from selling clothes and good prices, this JCPenney also has a picture studio, optometrist, salon, and makeup counter. The store is a little bit older and if you go midday, a lot of the merchandise is unorganized and not where it should be like when you go if they had just opened.

JCPenny's has some good deals but is a little run down feeling at this location.
